We take pride in building a “Southern Built” home for your family. To us, “Southern Built” means more than just the location, but the passion put into creating a truly unique home. It’s building it right the first time and being proud of what we build. We blend the characteristics and qualities of the local environment to create a home that displays the features found in our natural settings. Like a Cypress tree, we believe that we are a unique and stand-alone building company that delivers a special character and feature into each home we build. We pride ourselves in building relationships with our homeowners, suppliers, and skilled tradesman to be the foundation for our reputation.

About The Owner

Ben Beasley is the owner of Cypress Homes LLC and has been in the building industry in Middle Tennessee since 2014. He worked with two national homebuilding companies in customer care, procurement, and building roles. Prior to starting Cypress Homes, he was head of construction for a local builder. These roles have given him an in-depth knowledge of customer service for his homeowners, a large network of reputable sub-contractors, and the building experience & knowledge in many of the Middle Tennessee municipalities.

Honor and Commitment

Prior to Ben starting his career in the home-building industry, he served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer and took part in two Operation Enduring Freedom deployments in support of the Global War on Terror. He credits much of his discipline, accountability, and attention to detail to his time in the service.

In 2020, Ben teamed up to start Cypress Homes. Cypress Homes embodies his belief and passion for building homes. Ben lives in Franklin, TN with his wife Jena, and daughters Hayden and Evelyn.
